Product Key Explorer can help you find the keys of the software products installed on a local computer or on other machines of your network. In this regard, it is great that the program supports an extensive list comprising more than 8,000 products.
Using the tool could not be any easier, with just a push of a button you can get the list of programs installed on the computer and their corresponding activation keys. And with just a few additional steps, you can get similar results for other computers in the same network, if you enter the computer name, an IP range or a list of IP addresses. After that, it is possible to save the keys in various formats (TXT, XLS, CSV, MDB, HTML and XML). Likewise, they can be copied to the clipboard or sent directly to printer.
All in all, Product Key Explorer comes in quite handy when you need to reinstall a computer and you have lost the original installation keys. It is even more necessary for network administrators who are in charge of a whole set of computers. The program is shareware and can be tried at no cost. Yet, its trial version does not show the full keys and cannot save the results in any way.
